Geological Summary

Tuffaceous rocks and limesetone of the Hurley Formation (Triassic) are intruded by Cretaceous quartz diorite. The contact zone is extensively altered and contains skarn with scheelite, molybdenite, powellite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, galena and magnetite mineralization.
