| Geological Summary |
Grey to green volcanic conglomerates and tuffs form part of the eastern limb of the American Creek anticline. These Hazelton Group rocks are epidotized and cut by numerous dykes of varied composition mineralization exposed in outcrops and workings is associated with dykes and quartz-carbonate veins, and consist of pyrite, pyrrhotite, galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and tetrahedrite.
