| Geological Summary |
The Hazelton Group andesitic and rhyolitic rocks, and diorite of the Coast Crystalline Complex are intruded by dykes and irregular bodies of quartz monzonite, felsite and quartz feldspar porphyry. A quartz vein contains shoots of argentiferous and auriferous pyrite, galena, sphalerite, tetrahedrite and chalcopyrite.
