Geological Summary
The Karmutsen Formation (Triassic-Jurassic) andesite and limestone are intruded by the San Cristobal (Cretaceous) granodiorite. Chalcopyrite, sphalerite and magnetite with silver and gold values occur in skarn deposits, and chalcopyrite-molybdenite are widespread in stockworks.
