| Geological Summary |
Metasedimentary rocks interlayered with mafic volcanic rocks of the Horsethief Creek Group (Hadrynian) and Hamill Group (Lower Cambrian) are intruded granite plutons (Devonian-Cretaceous). Three phases of folding are recognized. Pyrrhotite, pyrite and chalcopyrite mineralization is stratabound.
