Geological Summary |
The Thorn Complex is a series of northwest-trending felsic volcanic rocks intruded by porphyritic stocks of Tertiary age. Pyrite is widespread in the felsic rocks and shear zones. Siliceous veins contain pyrite, tetrahedrite, galena, sphalerite, enargite, stibnite and pyrite.
