Geological Summary
Cherty argillite and intermediate tuffs of the Kaslo Group (Permian-Triassic) dip moderately southwesterly. There is evidence of granite, ultramafics and quartz-sericite-pyrite schist. Included in the schist are thin, stratabound lenses of banded massive sulphides composed of pyrite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite and galena.
