| Geological Summary |
The reconnaissance survey covered the Takla-Nicola volcanic and sedimentary rocks (Triassic-Jurassic), the Laberge-Quesnel sedimentary rocks (Early to Middle Jurassic) and the Ootsa Lake - Kamloops intermediate to felsic volcanic rocks (Cretaceous-Tertiary). Portions of (Proterozoic) gneisses, schists and the (Cretaceous) Coast Range Intrusives are included in the survey area.
