Broadly folded metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks dipping approximately 30 degrees southwest are intruded by a swarm of north-south-striking quartz feldspar porphyry dykes. Blebs and disseminations of pyrite, pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite are confined to a mafic member of actinolite-epidote schist.
