Geological Summary |
The underlying rocks are (Triassic) a layered and altered sequence, Stuhini Group (Late Triassic) flows, flow-breccia and pyroclastics, and Tekwahoni Formation (Early to Middle Jurassic) mudstones and siltstones. A diorite stock intrudes the layered (Triassic) rocks which are mineralized with pyrite, pyrrhotite and minor sphalerite. A hornblende porphyry dyke intrudes the Tekwahoni rocks.
