| Geological Summary |
Rock outcrops are sparse. Argillite, quartzite, limestone and andesite of the Cache Creek Assemblage are intruded by the Surprise Lake batholith. The apparent structure is an anticline plunging shallowly to the southwest. Quartz veins cut all rock types.
