Metavolcanic rocks of the Nelson Formation and metasedimentary rocks of the property are in contact with intrusive rocks of the Nelson batholith. Steeply dipping, prominent foliation strikes northeasterly. Sphalerite, galena, magnetite and chalcopyrite occur disseminated, stratiform, quartz veins and in contact metamorphic deposits.
