Geological Summary
Sedimentary rocks, including limestone of the Gambier Group (Cretaceous) are hosts to skarn mineralization near a tertiary quartz diorite stock. The skarn is composed of pyrite, magnetite, chlorite and quartz with minor amounts of chalcopyrite, bornite, malachite, azurite, molybdenite, scheelite and galena.
