Geological Summary
The claims straddle the Nahlin Fault which is the contact between ultramafic rocks to the north and shale of the Luklin Formation Laberge Group to the south. The sedimentary rocks are intruded by pyritic quartz feldspar porphyry stocks and dykes of Late Cretaceous/Early Tertiary age. Quartz calcite stringers in the porphyry and the sedimentary rocks contain small amounts of galena, sphalerite and chalcopyrite.
