Geological Summary |
The underlying rocks are schists, gneisses and quartzites of the Mara Formation (Archean?). Galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, pyrite and pyrrhotite are disseminated along planes of schistosity and in massive concentrations along minor fold axis and fracture zones.
