Geological Summary
The claims cover quartz sericitie and chlorite schists, trachytic flow and pyroclastic rocks of the Eagle Bay Formation (Early Paleozoic), and argillaceous rocks possibly of the Milford Group (Carboniferous). Mineralization resembles the classic fluorite-uranium-molybdenum association in a large hydrothermal system within the trachytic rocks.
