| Geological Summary |
Takla limestone, chert and porphyritic flow rocks (Upper Triassic) are intruded by multiple-phase diorite, quartz monzonite and aplite (Lower Jurassic). These rocks are cut by narrow andesite and diabase dykes. The intrusive/country rock contact zones are silicified and fractured, and contain skarn minerals including magnetite, pyrite and pyrrhotite.
