Geological Summary |
Andesite, andesitic tuff and basalt of the Nicola Group (Upper Triassic) are cut by the major Allison Fault System and intruded by coeval quartz diorite and quartz monzonite. The general structural trend is north-northwesterly. A 4-5 centimetre fracture in brecciated andesite contains abundant malachite.
