Geological Summary

Major rocks of the claim group are siltstone, mudstone and conglomerate of the Takwahoni Formation (Jurassic), rhyolite porphyry, tuff, breccia and andesite porphyry of the Heart Peaks Formation (Tertiary/Quaternary), and baslat and related pyroclastics of the Level Mountain Group (Tertiary/Quaternary). Silicified rocks of the Hearts Peaks Formation are mineralized with auriferous iron sulphides.
