| Geological Summary |
This former producer of the Sheep Creek Camp is underlain by argillite, argillaceous quartzite and limestone (Proterozoic to Cambrian) which are folded into tight anticlines/syncline trending to the north. Gold-quartz veins with minor sulphides occupy northeasterly trending faults at quartzite horizons near the crest of the western anticline and the western limb of the eastern anticline.
