Geological Summary |
Well exposed bedrock consists of light reddish quartzite interbedded with black argillite and argillaceous quartzite of the Aldridge Formation (Precambrian). Several green thermal dykes cut the sedimentary rocks causing local metamorphism. Some geochemical results are anomalous.
