THE CLAIMS ARE SITUATED IN A BELT OF ROCKS KNOWN TO HOST GOLD MINERALIZATION. THE ROCKS CONSIST OF THE HOZAMEEN GROUP, (PERMIAN TO JURASSIC) AND THE LADNER GROUP (JURASSIC). THE MAJOR STRUCTURAL TREND IS TO THE NORTHWEST. LOCALLY THE ROCKS ARE FAULTED, SILICIFIED, PYRITIZED, AND INTRUDED BY MAFIC BODIES, APLITE DYKES AND QUARTZ VEINS.
