THE PROPERTY IS UNDERLAIN BY ARGILLITE, GREENSTONE AND LIMESTONE OF THE (PENNSYLVANIAN TO PERMIAN) CACHE CREEK GROUP IN THE NORTHWEST AND LIMESTONE OF THE (PERMIAN) MARBLE CANYON FORMATION IN THE SOUTHWESTERN PART. LITTLE OUTCROP IS PRESENT IN THE EASTERN PART OF THE PROPERTY. LOWER TO UPPER GREENSCHIST METAMORPHISM HAS ALTERED THE ROCKS. MALACHITE, BORNITE AND CHALCOPYRITE DISSEMINATED, FRACTURE RELATED MINERALIZATION OCCURS IN CACHE CREEK ROCKS.
