THE PROPERTY IS UNDERLAIN BY BASALTIC VOLCANICS. KNOWN MINERALIZATION CONSISTS OF PODS OF SPHALER- ITE AND GALENA WITH MINOR CHALCOPYRITE IN QUARTZ- CARBONATE VEINS OCCUPYING A NORTHWESTERLY TRENDING SHEAR ZONE. THE BASALTS IN THE ZONE ARE SHEARED AND ALTERED TO SERICITE AND CARBONATE. TWO NORTH- WESTERLY TRENDING SOIL ANOMALIES WERE OUTLINED FROM THE GEOCHEMICAL SURVEY. ONE ANOMALY IS COM- PRISED OF HIGH BUT ERRATIC VALUES OF GOLD, SILVER, LEAD AND ARSENIC, THE SECOND ZONE CONSISTS OF ANOMALOUS ZINC AND LEAD VALUES. THE LATTER ZONE IS AN EXTENSION OF AN ANOMALY ON THE REA GOLD PROPERTY TO THE NORTHWEST.
