THE CC CLAIM GROUP IS UNDERLAIN BY UPPER TRIASSIC SLOCAN GROUP PHYLLITE, ARGILLITE, AND SCHIST. THE SEQUENCE TRENDS NORTH-SOUTH AND IS TIGHTLY FOLDED WITH FOLD AXES TRENDING NORTH-SOUTH AND PLUNGING 30-50 DEGREES NORTH. BOUDINAGED QUARTZ VEINS AND SWEATS OCCUR LOCALLY. PYRITE CUBES VARYING IN AMOUNTS OF 1-3% OCCUR THROUGHOUT ALL UNITS. SOIL AND SILT ARE ANOMALOUS IN BASE AND PRECIOUS METAL CONTENT.
