THE PROPERTY IS UNDERLAIN BY PALEOZOIC METASEDI- MENTS OF THE CHILLIWACK GROUP AND BY A DIORITE INTRUSION AND MAFIC ROCK BODIES OF PROBABLE CRETACEOUS AGE. MINERALIZATION OCCURS IN AN EAST- WEST TRENDING SKARN ATTAINING A THICKNESS OF UP TO 3 METRES. VISIBLE MINERALS INCLUDE PYRRHOTITE, CHALCOPYRITE, MAGNETITE, AND PYRITE, GOLD VALUES UP TO 4400 PPB WERE OBTAINED FROM SOME MINERALIZED SKARN ROCKS.
