THIS STOCK INTRUDES FINE-GRAINED SEDIMENTS OF THE PERMIAN AGE CACHE CREEK GROUP. THE INTRUSIVE IS CUT BY A SOUTHEASTERLY TRENDING FRACTURE ZONE ALONG MEDICINE CREEK VALLEY. THE DIORITE AND ULTRAMAFIC INTRUSIVES ARE SAUSSURITIZED. PYRITE IS WIDE- SPREAD.
