THE PROPERTY IS UNDERLAIN BY VOLCANIC ROCKS OF THE LOWER JURASSIC BONANZA GROUP WITH MINOR LENSES OF MUDSTONE. MINERALIZATION CONSISTS OF PYRITE, CHALCOPYRITE, SPHALERITE AND GALENA CONCENTRATED IN SHEAR ZONES AND AS FAULT-BOUNDED MASSIVE SULPHIDE ZONES. LITHOLOGIC UNITS STRIKE NORTHWEST AND DIP VARIABLY TO THE SOUTHWEST.
