THE INDIO-SCHNAPPS PROPERTY IS UNDERLAIN BY PALEO- ZOIC MARINE SEDIMENTS, CARBONATES, AND METAVOLCAN- ICS LOCALLY INTRUDED BY UPPER JURASSIC TO LOWER CRETACEOUS AGE ROCKS. COPPER MINERALIZATION OCCURS AS DISSEMINATIONS AND STRINGERS OF PYRITE AND CHALCOPYRITE ADJACENT TO A MAJOR SHEAR ZONE. THE BEST VALUE IN DIAMOND DRILL CORE WAS 0.62% COPPER OVER 2.55 METERS.
