THE CLAIM IS UNDERLAIN BY THIN-BEDDED, LIMY ARGIL- LITES OF THE ABERDEEN/HENRY FORMATION, WHICH FORM A SYNCLINE PLUNGING TO THE NORTHEAST (JURY, 1969). THESE ROCKS ARE INTRUDED BY DIORITIC DYKES AND SILLS AND BY ROCKS OF THE OKANAGAN BATHOLITH. A 75 TO 100 CM WIDE QUARTZ VEIN CONTAINS ARGENTITE, PYRITE, GALENA AND SPHALERITE.
