THE CLAIM IS UNDERLAIN BY THE MISSISSIPPIAN- PERMIAN AGE DOWNIE CREEK SERIES CONSISTING OF LIMESTONE QUARTZITE, PHYLLITE, SLATE AND METATUFF AND LIES ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERN LIMB OF A NORTHWEST TRENDING ANTICLINE. THE GEOPHYSICAL SURVEYS IDENTIFIED A SERIES OF WEAK VLF-ELECTRO- MAGNETIC CONDUCTORS ASSOCIATED WITH A MAGNETIC HIGH FEATURE.
