THE PROPERTY IS UNDERLAIN BY LOWER JURASSIC HAZELTON GROUP INTERMEDIATE TUFFACEOUS VOLCANIC ROCKS WITH LESSER CLASTIC FINE TO MEDIUM GRAINED SEDIMENTARY ROCKS. THE HAZELTON LITHOLOGIES HAVE BEEN INTRUDED BY A LATE CRETACEOUS GRANO- DIORITE PORPHYRY. DISSEMINATED COPPER MINERALIZA- TION OCCURS IN HORNFELS ON THE WESTERN MARGIN OF THE STOCK. POLYMETALLIC SULPHIDE VEINS OCCUR PERIPHERAL TO THE INTRUSION AND CARRY ASSAY CREDITS IN LEAD, ZINC AND SILVER.
