THE CLAIMS ARE UNDERLAIN BY A PRECAMBRIAN SEQUENCE OF SEDIMENTS KNOWN AS THE CARIBOO SERIES. EXPLORATION EMPHASIS IS ON GOLD-BEARING QUARTZ VEINS THAT CUT THE STRATA AT RIGHT ANGLES AND ARE KNOWN LOCALLY AS THE TRAVERSE VEINS. THE GEOPHYS- ICAL SURVEY IDENTIFIED ANOMALOUS MAGNETIC FEATURES AND SEVERAL VLF-ELECTROMAGNETIC CONDUCTORS.
