THE PROPERTY LIES NEAR THE EASTERN EDGE OF THE BOWSER BASIN. IT IS UNDERLAIN BY BOWSER CLASTIC SEDIMENTARY ROCKS OF JURASSICS AND CRETACEOUS AGE. SMALL VEINS GENERALLY LESS THAN 1 METRE WIDE CONTAINING QUARTZ, PYRITE, SPHALERITE, GALENA AND ARSENOPYRITE, CUT THE SEDIMENTARY ROCKS. HIGH VALUES UP TO 15.77 GRAMMES/TONNE GOLD AND 2811 GRAMMES/TONNE SILVER HAVE BEEN OBTAINED FROM GRAB SAMPLES OF THESE VEINS.
