A TONGUE OF SERPENTIZED ULTRAMAFIC ROCK OF PERMO- PENNSYLVANIAN ATLIN INTRUSION EXTENDS NORTH- EASTERLY FROM THE ULTRAMAFIC BODY ON UNION MOUNTAIN. UNDER THE VALLEY OF DOMINION CREEK THE ROCKS ARE INTENSELY CARBONATE-ALTERED AND SHEARED NORTHEASTERLY. THE COUNTRY ROCKS ARE BELIEVED TO BE GREENSTONES AND MINOR METASEDIMENTS OF SIMILAR AGE CACHE CREEK GROUP. SEVERAL MAGNETIC ANOMALIES DETECTED THAT MAY REPRESENT ULTRAMAFICS.
