INTERMEDIATE TO MAFIC VOLCANIC FLOWS ARE IN CONTACT WITH CHERTY ARGILLITES OF THE BRIDGE RIVER (FERGUSSON) GROUP. PYRITE MINERALIZATION IS STRONGEST WITHIN THE VOLCANIC ROCKS AT THE CONTACT WITH THE SEDIMENTS BUT NO SIGNIFICANT GOLD VALUES WERE OBTAINED.
