THE CLAIMS ARE UNDERLAIN BY AN EASTERLY DIPPING SEQUENCE OF LOWER TO MIDDLE ALDRIDGE FORMATION SILTITES, QUARTZITES, QUARTZ WACKES, ARGILLITES AND METAGABBROIC SILLS. LARGE AREAS OF TOURMALI- NITE AND ALBITE ALTERATION ARE PRESENT WITHIN THE CLAIMS. MINOR GALENA, SPHALERITE AND PYRITE MINER- ALIZATION IS PRESENT NEAR THE LOWER-MIDDLE ALDRIGE FORMATION CONTACT IN ASSOCIATION WITH ALBITE. THE ALDRIDGE FORMATION IS IN FAULT CONTACT ON THE EAST WITH CRESTON FORMATION QUARTZITES.
