THE CLAIMS ARE UNDERLAIN BY PROTEROZOIC, PALEOZOIC AND MESOZOIC SEDIMENTS AND CRETACEOUS TO TERTIARY PYRITIC AND ALTERED TRACHYTE-SYENITE PLUTONS, DYKES AND SILLS. THESE ROCKS ARE CUT BY A COMPLEX SYSTEM OF NORMAL AND THRUST FAULTS. OUTCROPS ARE SPARSE. MINERALIZATION ON THE PROP- ERTY CONSISTS OF PYRITE, BROOKITE, BITUMEN, MINOR FLUORITE, BARITE, GALENA, SPHALERITE AND CHALCOPY- RITE.
