Lower Cambrian and/or Hadrynian quartzite, micaceous quartzite, grit and phyllite of the Spapilem Creek-Deadfall Creek Succession are in thrust contact with intermediate to mafic volcanic and volcaniclastic rocks of the Devonian-Mississippian Eagle Bay Formation. Geophysical survey results identified two PEM conductors.
