| Geological Summary |
The claims investigated are underlain by felsic to mafic pyroclastic rocks of the Triassic Kutcho Formation. Kutcho Formation rocks have undergone greenschist facies metamorphism and have been folded into large scale, tight, inclined folds plunging shallowly to the west. Intense sericite-carbonate alteration is typical of mineralized areas.
