Geological Summary
The Goldbreak 27 claim is underlain by Paleozoic marine rocks. Northwest trending, southwest dipping quartzite and phyllite are exposed in the north-central part of the property. The property is on the southwestern limb of a large anticlinorium. Discontinuous quartz veins up to 25 centimetres wide within brecciated quartzite contain local chalcopyrite, pyrite, malachite and azurite, with associated silver.
