Geological Summary

The property is underlain by north-dipping Cretaceous Kingsvale Group of pyroclastic and porphyritic volcanic rocks of intermediate composition. Broad areas of intense silicification and advanced argillic alteration occur on the property. Alteration assemblages consist of quartz, alunite, pyrophyllite, kaolinite-dickite, pyrite and sericite. The soil contains weakly anomalous values of gold, silver and arsenic. The Taseko River sediments contain up to 710 ppb gold.
