Geological Summary
The property is underlain by Lower Pennsylvanian-Lower Permian Chilliwack Group pelites, sandstones and conglomerates, Upper Jurassic Mysterious Creek Formation argillite and Mid-Tertiary granitic stocks. Gold mineralization is believed to have developed through micro-faulting and fracturing of sub-vertical, plug shaped quartz diorite stocks, followed by gold bearing quartz solutions along the fractures.
