Geological Summary
The property is underlain by a sequence of graphitic shales and argillites with intercalated volcanic flows. The volcanic flows are mafic pillow basalts with minor sediments known as the Tats Complex, Traissic to Siluro-Devonian in age. Mineralization occurs as strata- bound massive sulphide consisting mainly of pyrrhotite. Sulphides become pyritic with some sphalerite to the north. The deposit is zoned with a potential for copper, cobalt and gold.
