Geological Summary
The claims are underlain by a succession of ash tuff breccias, volcanic conglomerates, flow breccias and lesser siltstones of the Lower Jurassic Unuk River Formation. Alteration assemblages include propylitic, chlorite-carbonate to sericite-pyrite, +/- argillic and silicified zones. Diamond drilling has delineated base metal veining and alteration zonation patterns which carry gold and silver values. These characteristics may suggest an epithermal-type of mineralization.
