| Geological Summary |
A silicified and highly carbonatized as well as hematized breccia zone is present in Triassic Karmutsen Formation basalts near the unconformable contact with overlying Cretaceous Nanaimo Group clastic sediments. The breccia zone is approximately 102 metres by 18 metres in size and the following minerals have been reported: chalcopyrite, bornite, tetrahedrite and chalcocite.
