Geological Summary |
The Black Rock claims cover lead, zinc, silver and copper mineralization within Cambrian limestones of the Laib Formation. Phyllites, schists, and argillites occur within the sequence. These rocks are underlain by quartzites of the Reno Formation, and to the south are intruded by a granitic stock. Best geochemistry results range to 23.6 ppm silver, 330 ppb gold, 13.4 per cent lead, 14.9 per cent zinc and 187 ppm germanium.
