Geological Summary
The area of the Pogo claim is underlain largely by Quaternary drift, and presumably by chert and argillite of the Permian- Pennsylvanian Cache Creek Group. Tertiary lavas cap the hills to the west. The trace of the Pinchi Fault lies some 5 kilometres to the east, and splays may cross the property. No gold mineralization has been observed.
