Geological Summary
The Topley property is underlain by mixed volcanics of the Lower Jurassic Hazelton Group rocks which are intruded by Jurassic granitic stocks. The Hazelton Group pyroclastics consist of ash, lapilli, and breccia, and andesitic and rhyolitic flows. Alteration is mainly sericitic. Mineralization is mainly in quartz-carbonate vein cutting the volcanics, consists of galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, pyrite, and tetrahedrite.
