Geological Summary

The claims are underlain by the Cariboo Mountain Group (composed of the Snowshoe and Kaza Formations). These formations contain various carbonate rocks, clastic sedimentary rocks and minor intrusive dykes. Despite low to medium effects of deformation and regional metamorphism, the rocks still commonly show original bedding and other sedimentary features.
